Description

A refreshing and easy-to-make dessert, this strawberry Cool Whip pie combines sweetened condensed milk, Cool Whip, and strawberry pie filling, all set in a graham cracker crust for a delicious, no-bake treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (21 ounce) can strawberry pie filling
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, Cool Whip, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the strawberry pie filling until evenly distributed.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust.
  4. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to set completely.
  5. Before serving, garnish with additional Cool Whip or fresh strawberries, if desired.
  6. Slice and serve cold.

Notes

  • For a more decadent touch, you can add more Cool Whip on top before serving.
  • If fresh strawberries are available, they make a great garnish on top of the pie.
  • The pie can be made the night before to let it fully set.
