Description

This Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos Box is a fun, indulgent dessert that’s perfect for sharing! Cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips paired with a rich and creamy cheesecake dip and topped with sweet strawberry pie filling create the ultimate treat

Ingredients

Scale

For the Cinnamon Sugar Chips:

  • 6 small flour tortillas (cut into triangles)

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

For the Cheesecake Dip:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

For the Strawberry Topping:

  • 1 cup fresh or canned strawberry pie filling

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Make the Cinnamon Sugar Chips: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush the tortilla triangles with melted butter and sprinkle generously with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Allow to cool completely; chips will crisp up as they cool.

  • Prepare the Cheesecake Dip: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined and fluffy.

  • Assemble the Box: Place the cinnamon sugar chips into one section of your box or serving platter. Spoon the cheesecake dip into a small bowl or section of the box. Add the strawberry pie filling into a separate section or bowl.

  • Serve and Enjoy: Dip the crispy cinnamon sugar chips into the creamy cheesecake dip and sweet strawberry topping for the ultimate dessert experience!

Notes

  • For an extra twist, try using a fruit topping other than strawberry.

  • You can also use store-bought cinnamon sugar chips for a quicker version.
