  • 1 box (3.4 oz) strawberry pudding mix
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened (for cheesecake dip)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (for cheesecake dip)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (for cheesecake dip)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (for cheesecake dip)
  • ½ cup white chocolate, melted (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in eggs, vanilla, and mashed banana.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, salt, banana pudding mix, and strawberry pudding mix. Mix until combined.
  5. Fold in crushed vanilla wafers and white chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop out 1½-inch dough balls and place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  8. Let them cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  10. Add heavy cream and whip until fluffy.
  11. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the cookies.
