- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed (optional, for extra nutrients)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
- Add the finely chopped strawberries, peanut butter, and applesauce, stirring until well combined.
- Mix in the oats and flaxseed (if using) until a thick, sticky dough forms.
- Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until slightly firm.
