  2. 2 eggs, beaten
  3. 2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
  4. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  6. 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  7. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  8. 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional for spice)
  9. 1/2 tsp sesame oil (optional for flavor)

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Sauté the garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  • Add the shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until it softens but still has a slight crunch.
  • Push the cabbage to one side of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs. Let them cook for a few seconds, then scramble them into small pieces.
  • Mix the cabbage and eggs together, then add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and chili flakes (if using). Stir well.
  • Drizzle with sesame oil for extra flavor.
  • Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a splash of rice vinegar or a dash of ginger.
  • Adjust the chili flakes for a mild or spicy version, depending on your preference.
