- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional for spice)
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil (optional for flavor)
- Green onions or sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add the shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until it softens but still has a slight crunch.
- Push the cabbage to one side of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs. Let them cook for a few seconds, then scramble them into small pieces.
- Mix the cabbage and eggs together, then add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and chili flakes (if using). Stir well.
- Drizzle with sesame oil for extra flavor.
- Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds and serve warm.
