- 250 g rotini pasta
- 400 g steak, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and season with black pepper.
- Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce into the pan, stir, and let it thicken.
- Add cooked rotini to the pan and toss everything together.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, feel free to add red pepper flakes. If you prefer a thicker sauce, you can add a little more cornstarch.
