Ingredients

Scale
  1. 250 g rotini pasta
  2. 400 g steak, thinly sliced
  3. 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  4. 2 tablespoons honey
  5. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  6. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  7. 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  8. 1/4 cup water
  9. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  10. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  11. 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  12. Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and season with black pepper.
  • Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  • Pour the honey garlic sauce into the pan, stir, and let it thicken.

  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For a spicy kick, feel free to add red pepper flakes. If you prefer a thicker sauce, you can add a little more cornstarch.
