Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the ingredients: In an 8×8-inch or 2-quart baking dish, combine the rice, French onion soup, beef broth, and sliced butter. Stir to mix evenly.
- Cover and bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue baking: After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
