			- 1 French bread loaf – The perfect base for all those tasty toppings.
 - 1 pound Ribeye steak – Tender, juicy, and flavorful, the star of the show.
 - 1 yellow onion – Sweet and caramelized to perfection with the steak.
 - 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce – Adds depth of flavor to the steak and onions.
 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise – Creamy, smooth, and part of that delicious garlic cheese mixture.
 - 1 spoon minced garlic – The aromatic kick we all love.
 - 2 TBSPs butter softened – Richness for the garlic cheese mixture and bread.
 - 1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese – Adds a sharp, nutty flavor.
 - 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese – Mild and creamy, it melts beautifully.
 - 2 tsp Italian seasoning – A blend of herbs that enhances the flavors.
 - Provolone cheese slices – Melted over the top for that perfect cheesy finish.
 - Salt and pepper – For seasoning and a little kick.

Instructions
- Slice your Ribeye steak thinly. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the steak along with the sliced yellow onion and Worcestershire sauce. This should only take a few minutes. Remove from heat.
 - Cut your French bread loaf in half horizontally. Set it aside.
 - In a separate bowl, combine: 3/4 cup mayonnaise, minced garlic, softened butter, shredded Asiago cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to create a smooth garlic cheese spread.
 - Spread the garlic cheese mixture generously over the cut sides of the French bread.
 - Layer the cooked steak and onions on top of the garlic cheese spread.
 - Add the provolone cheese slices on top of the steak.
 - Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Place the bread in a preheated oven at 400°F and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the bread is golden and the cheese has melted.

Notes
- You can add a sprinkle of fresh parsley or basil on top before serving for a burst of freshness.
 - Feel free to swap out the cheeses for your favorites – Cheddar, Gouda, or Swiss would all work well.
 - For a crispier crust, you can broil the bread for an additional 1-2 minutes after baking.
