- 2–3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk or coconut cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, ice, ice cream, shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk (or coconut cream), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
