Description

This festive St. Patrick’s Day Brownie Trifle is a decadent treat with layers of fudgy brownies, minty pistachio pudding, whipped cream, and crunchy Oreo cookies. Perfect for any celebration, especially St. Patrick’s Day!

  1. 1 box brownie mix, prepared and crumbled
  2. 2 cups heavy cream
  3. 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  4. 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio or mint pudding
  5. 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  6. Chocolate shavings & mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare brownies: Follow the instructions on the brownie mix box, bake, let cool, then crumble.
  • Make whipped cream: In a mixing bowl, whisk heavy cream and powdered sugar together until fluffy.
  • Prepare pudding: Mix the instant pistachio or mint pudding with cold milk as per package instructions.
  • Assemble trifle: In a trifle dish, layer crumbled brownies, prepared pudding, whipped cream, and crushed Oreos.
  • Repeat layers: Continue layering and finish with a generous layer of whipped cream.
  • Garnish: Top with chocolate shavings and fresh mint leaves.

 

  • Chill and serve: Allow the trifle to set for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Swap pistachio pudding for vanilla or mint for a different flavor twist.
