- Prepare pudding: Mix the instant pistachio or mint pudding with cold milk as per package instructions.
- Assemble trifle: In a trifle dish, layer crumbled brownies, prepared pudding, whipped cream, and crushed Oreos.
- Repeat layers: Continue layering and finish with a generous layer of whipped cream.
- Garnish: Top with chocolate shavings and fresh mint leaves.
- Chill and serve: Allow the trifle to set for a few minutes before serving.
