This creamy and cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip is the ultimate appetizer! With the perfect blend of cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, artichokes, and Parmesan, it’s a crowd-pleaser at any gathering. Served warm with French bread or crackers, it’s sure to be a hit.

Ingredients

  1. 2 blocks cream cheese (softened)
  2. 12 ounces sour cream
  3. 3/4 bag of frozen spinach (thawed)
  4. 1 can of artichokes (chopped)
  5. 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
  6. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  7. Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and pepper. Stir everything together until well mixed.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden.
  • After baking, top with a sprinkle of extra Parmesan and/or mozzarella cheese.
  • Return the dip to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese on top is melted and slightly browned.
  • Serve hot with French bread, crackers, or veggies. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a bit of mozzarella cheese on top when baking for a cheesy, golden finish.
