- 2 blocks cream cheese (softened)
- 12 ounces sour cream
- 3/4 bag of frozen spinach (thawed)
- 1 can of artichokes (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and pepper. Stir everything together until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden.
- After baking, top with a sprinkle of extra Parmesan and/or mozzarella cheese.
- Return the dip to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese on top is melted and slightly browned.
- Serve hot with French bread, crackers, or veggies. Enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a bit of mozzarella cheese on top when baking for a cheesy, golden finish.
