- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
For the Rice:
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Avocado:
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
For the Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Rice:
- Bring water and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Add rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the water is absorbed.
- Prepare the Shrimp:
- In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook the Shrimp:
- Grill or pan-sear shrimp until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Make the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Assemble the Bowls:
- Divide cooked rice among bowls. Top with shrimp, avocado slices, and drizzle with sriracha mayo.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh cilantro or lime wedges. You can also add some shredded cabbage or sautéed vegetables for added crunch.
