Instructions

- Layer the shrimp, onion, jalapeño, and garlic in a mason jar.
- Pour the pickling mixture over the shrimp, making sure everything is submerged in the liquid.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, though overnight is best for deeper flavor.
