- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, marinate the shrimp with soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the marinated shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
- Toss in the cooked noodles, drizzle with sesame oil, and mix everything well.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot!
Notes
- You can adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less chili sauce.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of lime juice or some red pepper flakes.
