Description

Spicy Garlic Shrimp Noodles is a flavorful, quick, and easy dish featuring succulent shrimp and tender noodles tossed in a savory, spicy garlic sauce. It’s a perfect combination of heat, umami, and crunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz noodles (spaghetti, ramen, or udon)
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, marinate the shrimp with soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the marinated shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Toss in the cooked noodles, drizzle with sesame oil, and mix everything well.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot!

Notes

  • You can adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less chili sauce.
  • For extra flavor, add a splash of lime juice or some red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to use any type of noodles you prefer—ramen, spaghetti, or udon all work well!
