Description

Spaghetti with Pepper Cream, Chorizo & Shrimp is a savory and creamy pasta dish featuring succulent shrimp, spicy chorizo, and a flavorful pepper cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 150g chorizo, cut into cubes
  • 200g peeled shrimp
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 20cl thick sour cream
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onion and crushed garlic in olive oil over medium heat until softened.
  3. Add the diced red pepper and chorizo cubes. Cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the chorizo to release its flavor.
  4. Add the peeled shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Lower the heat and stir in the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Combine the drained spaghetti with the sauce mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  7. Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh herbs or grated cheese.
