Instructions

  1. To make the mousse, gently melt the chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler, then let the mixture cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and fully combined. Chill if needed for a firmer texture.
  4. In serving glasses, layer graham cracker crumbs, mini marshmallows, and a spoonful of chocolate mousse.
  5. Repeat the layers as desired, ending with a mousse layer on top.
  6. Garnish with marshmallows, mini chocolate chips, and a final dusting of graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Serve immediately for a soft mousse texture, or chill briefly to firm it up before serving.
