For the Flatbreads

  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup warm water (110°F)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

For the S’mores Flatbread Pizza

  • ½ cup marshmallow fluff
  • ¾ cup chocolate chip chunks
  • ¼ cup finely ground graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  6. Roll out dough into flatbreads on a lightly floured surface. Place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake flatbreads for 5–7 minutes until just starting to brown.
  8. Remove from oven and spread marshmallow fluff evenly over each flatbread.
  9. Sprinkle chocolate chip chunks and ground graham cracker crumbs on top.
  10. Return to oven and bake for another 3–5 minutes until marshmallow fluff is melted and golden.
  11. Remove and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use warm water to activate the yeast perfectly.
  • Feel free to add a sprinkle of sea salt on top for a salty-sweet twist.
  • For extra fun, try mini marshmallows instead of fluff.
