For the Flatbreads
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup warm water (110°F)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
For the S’mores Flatbread Pizza
- ½ cup marshmallow fluff
- ¾ cup chocolate chip chunks
- ¼ cup finely ground graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out dough into flatbreads on a lightly floured surface. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake flatbreads for 5–7 minutes until just starting to brown.
- Remove from oven and spread marshmallow fluff evenly over each flatbread.
- Sprinkle chocolate chip chunks and ground graham cracker crumbs on top.
- Return to oven and bake for another 3–5 minutes until marshmallow fluff is melted and golden.
- Remove and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use warm water to activate the yeast perfectly.
- Feel free to add a sprinkle of sea salt on top for a salty-sweet twist.
- For extra fun, try mini marshmallows instead of fluff.
