Description

These easy-to-make S’mores Crescent Rolls are a delightful twist on the classic campfire treat! With warm, gooey marshmallows, rich chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers wrapped in buttery crescent dough, they’re perfect for any occasion.

  1. 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

  2. 1 cup mini marshmallows

  3. ½ cup milk chocolate chips (or 2 milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces)

  4. 4 graham crackers, crushed

  5. 2 tbsp butter, melted

  6. ¼ cup crushed graham crackers (for garnish)

  7. 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Prepare the Crescent Rolls: Unroll the crescent roll dough, separating it into individual triangles. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Add S’mores Filling: On each triangle, sprinkle some crushed graham crackers, about a tablespoon of mini marshmallows, and a tablespoon of chocolate chips (or a piece of chocolate bar).

  • Roll the Crescents: Carefully roll each crescent dough triangle, starting from the wider end and rolling towards the pointed tip. Tuck the sides in to help contain the filling during baking.

  • Brush with Butter: Brush each crescent roll with the melted butter, ensuring they’re evenly coated.

  • Bake the Crescent Rolls: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  • Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, sprinkle more crushed graham crackers on top for a final s’mores touch. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
