Instructions
- Layer the bottom of the Crock Pot with a portion of the sliced potatoes.
- Top with a layer of smoked sausage slices, followed by a layer of sliced onions.
- Place a few slices of American cheese on top, then repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream of celery soup with 1/4 cup water to thin it out slightly.
- Pour the soup mixture evenly over the layers in the Crock Pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted.
