  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter (cut into small pieces)
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry to help them sear and soak up flavor better.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Place steak bites in the crockpot and pour marinade over, stirring gently to coat.
  4. Add butter pieces on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours until tender.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

  • Patting the steak dry ensures better flavor absorption and texture.
  • Use sirloin or another tender cut like ribeye or strip steak for best results.
