- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter (cut into small pieces)
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry to help them sear and soak up flavor better.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Place steak bites in the crockpot and pour marinade over, stirring gently to coat.
- Add butter pieces on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours until tender.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Patting the steak dry ensures better flavor absorption and texture.
- Use sirloin or another tender cut like ribeye or strip steak for best results.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Pairs perfectly with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread.
