  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  • Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
  • Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
