Description
This Sheet Pan Taco Pizza is the perfect fusion of pizza and tacos! A crispy pizza crust is topped with seasoned ground beef, refried beans, salsa, and gooey melted cheese, then loaded with fresh toppings.
Ingredients

For the pizza:
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup store-bought salsa
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For toppings:
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 cups diced tomato
- 1/2 cup white onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup mild pickled jalapeños
- Sour cream, for serving
Instructions

Prepare Dough:
Preheat the oven to 450°F and lightly grease a half-sheet pan with olive oil.
Roll out the pizza dough to fit the sheet pan, then let it rest for 20 minutes to prevent shrinkage. -
Cook Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in chicken stock, chili powder, and cumin. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat. -
Assemble Pizza:
Spread refried beans evenly over the pizza dough.
Layer salsa on top, then add the seasoned beef mixture.
Sprinkle Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese evenly over the pizza. -
Bake:
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.

Add Toppings & Serve:
Garnish with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, white onion, cilantro, and pickled jalapeños.
Serve with sour cream on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
