  • 1/2 lb ground beef

Cheese Sauce

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 cups freshly grated white cheddar

Toppings

  • Pickles (whole or diced)
  • Thinly sliced jalapeños

Thousand Island Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp dill relish
  • 2 tbsp freshly grated onion
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

Bake the Fries

  1. Preheat oven and bake frozen fries according to package directions until golden and crispy.

Cook the Beef
