Cheese Sauce
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups freshly grated white cheddar
Toppings
- Pickles (whole or diced)
- Thinly sliced jalapeños
Thousand Island Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp dill relish
- 2 tbsp freshly grated onion
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
Bake the Fries
- Preheat oven and bake frozen fries according to package directions until golden and crispy.
Cook the Beef
