- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup white wine (optional)
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika

- Make the Roux: Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add Liquids: Slowly pour in the broth and white wine (if using), stirring until the mixture thickens. Add the heavy cream, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Add Seafood: Stir in the shrimp, crab, and lobster meat. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Notes
- For a smoother texture, you can blend the bisque before adding the seafood if you prefer a creamier consistency.
- If you don’t have lobster meat, you can substitute with additional shrimp or crab.
