Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder (if using). Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and honey (if using).
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
