- 2 tablespoons fish sauce

- 5–6 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, brown sugar, orange juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, ginger, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Place the London broil in a large resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Remove from marinade and cook as desired (grill, broil, or pan-sear).
