Description

  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce

  • 56 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, brown sugar, orange juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, ginger, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  2. Place the London broil in a large resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it’s well coated.
