- 8 breakfast sausage links
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 small flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
- Cook the breakfast sausage links according to package instructions.
- To assemble the roll-ups, place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, a cooked sausage link, and a sprinkle of cheese onto a tortilla. Roll up tightly.
- Place the roll-ups seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are lightly golden brown.
Notes
