Description

These Sausage & Cream Cheese Crescents are an irresistibly flaky, savory bite perfect for breakfast, parties, or easy snacks. Made with just three simple ingredients, they’re quick, crowd-pleasing, and utterly delicious.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (1-lb) roll breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (8-oz) cans refrigerated crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage and softened cream cheese until fully mixed.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to create two smaller triangles.
  4. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, place a small amount of the sausage mixture onto each triangle. Roll up from the wider end to the point.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use spicy sausage for an extra kick.
  • These can be made ahead and reheated in the oven at 300ºF for 5–7 minutes.
  • Add shredded cheese or chopped herbs to the filling for variation.
