Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until browned (about 5 minutes). Let cool 20-30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix cooled butter with sugars in stand mixer for 1 minute.
  4. Add honey, egg, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda. Mix for 1 minute.
  5. Add flour on low speed until just combined. Stir in pistachios and white chocolate chips.
