Instructions
- Melt butter in saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until browned (about 5 minutes). Let cool 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix cooled butter with sugars in stand mixer for 1 minute.
- Add honey, egg, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda. Mix for 1 minute.
- Add flour on low speed until just combined. Stir in pistachios and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop 2-tablespoon dough portions onto baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool 3-4 minutes on sheet, then transfer to wire rack.
- Sprinkle with flaked sea salt if desired.
