- ½ cup diced celery

- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

- ⅛ teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 (5 ounce) cans salmon, drained, flaked, skin and bones removed
- 2 avocados
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, celery, parsley, lime juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Gently fold in the flaked salmon until well combined.
- Cut avocados in half and remove the pits.
- Spoon the salmon mixture into the avocado halves, dividing evenly.
- Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
Notes
- This dish is perfect for a light lunch or appetizer.
- For extra flavor, you can sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top for a hint of spice.
- If you don’t have canned salmon, fresh cooked salmon can be used as a substitute.
