Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). -
Prepare the Vegetables
In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets and sliced carrots. -
Season the Vegetables
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated. -
Roast to Perfection
Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and slightly caramelized.
