Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter.
  4. Spread sour cream evenly over the chicken in the dish.
