Description
Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites are chewy, chocolatey bites with a peanut butter center, topped with a mini Reese’s cup. These cookies are a perfect treat for parties or gifting.
Ingredients
Scale
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
- 24 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Grease a mini muffin pan. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place each into a muffin cup. Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Immediately press a mini Reese’s cup into the center of each cookie while still warm. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Serve warm or cooled. These chewy, chocolatey bites with a peanut butter center are perfect for parties or gifting!
Notes
- For a softer center, remove from the oven slightly earlier. Allow the cookies to cool before transferring them to a wire rack.
- These are great for making ahead, as they store well in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- You can use regular-sized Reese’s cups for larger cookies if you prefer.
