Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Reese’s Pieces or mini Reese’s cups, chopped
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat your oven:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. -
Mix the dry ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. -
Prepare the wet ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined. -
Combine wet and dry ingredients:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. -
Add Reese’s and chocolate chips:
Fold in the chopped Reese’s Pieces or mini Reese’s cups and the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter. -
Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. -
Cool and serve:
Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
