Description

Quick and easy sheet pan breadsticks with a buttery, cheesy topping and a perfect blend of garlic and Italian seasoning — a perfect snack or side that comes together effortlessly.


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups warm water (105°–115°F)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 3¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1½ tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Add warm water, yeast, sugar, and salt to a large mixing bowl. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes or until bubbly.
  2. Using the dough hook attachment, slowly add the flour. Mix until the dough forms a loose ball.
  3. Cover the bowl with a dish towel and let the dough proof for 30–45 minutes or until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  5. Melt the butter and pour half onto the sheet pan’s bottom.
  6. Place the dough in the center of the pan. Press outward toward the edges until the dough covers the pan entirely.
  7. Pour the remaining butter over the dough, then sprinkle with Parmesan, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning.
  8. Let the dough rise for 15–20 minutes (about 1 inch).
  9. Use a pizza cutter to slice the dough into breadsticks.
  10. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden around the edges.
  11. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
