Description

This creamy, fluffy Pudding Cool Whip Frosting is the perfect topping for cakes, cupcakes, or cookies! With its rich vanilla flavor and smooth texture, it’s a simple yet delicious way to elevate your desserts.


Ingredients

  1. 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)

  2. 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

  3. 1/2 cup milk

  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  5. 8 oz container Cool Whip, thawed


Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.

  • Beat the mixture with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 2 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.

  • Add Cool Whip to the bowl and continue to beat on medium speed until the frosting is light, fluffy, and fully combined.

  • Use immediately to frost cakes, cupcakes, cookies, or as a dip.

 

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
