Description

  2. 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup

  3. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  4. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  5. 2 ½ cups cooked chicken breasts, chopped

  6. 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed

  7. ¼ cup butter, melted

  8. 1 ½ teaspoons poppy seeds


Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

  • Make the sauce: In a medium mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.

  • Assemble casserole: Spread cooked chicken evenly in the casserole dish. Pour the cream sauce over the chicken.
