Description

These Pistachio Pudding Cookies are soft, chewy, and packed with the rich, nutty flavor of pistachios. A fun twist on traditional cookies that everyone will love


Ingredients

  1. 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

  2. 1 cup sugar

  3. 1 package pistachio pudding mix

  4. 2 large eggs

  5. 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  6. 1 tsp baking soda

  7. 1 cup chopped pistachios


Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Cream the Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.

  • Add Pudding Mix and Eggs: Add the pistachio pudding mix and eggs to the butter and sugar mixture, and mix well.

  • Mix in the Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the flour and baking soda, mixing until well combined.

  • Stir in the Pistachios: Stir in the chopped pistachios.

  • Form the Cookies: Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.

 

  • Cool: Allow the cookies to cool slightly before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.


Notes
