  • 34 drops green food coloring (optional)

Shells & Topping

  • 6 large cannoli shells
  • Chopped pistachios, for garnish

Instructions

Make the Filling

  1. In a large bowl, combine drained ricotta cheese, pistachio cream, mascarpone, powdered sugar, pistachio extract, lemon zest, and salt. Mix until fully smooth and creamy.
  2. If using, add green food coloring one drop at a time, mixing between additions, until desired pistachio hue is reached.

Assemble the Cannoli

  1. Spoon or pipe the pistachio filling into both ends of each cannoli shell just before serving.
  2. Dip each end into chopped pistachios for garnish.
  3. Serve immediately for the perfect crisp and creamy texture.
