Description

Refreshing and vibrant, these Pineapple Strawberry Swirled Slushies are the perfect treat to cool off during summer! Made with sweet pineapple and strawberries, they’re a blend of tangy, sweet goodness that’s both visually stunning and delicious


Ingredients

  1. 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

  2. 1 cup pineapple juice or water

  3. 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  4. 2 cups frozen strawberries

  5. 1 cup strawberry juice or water

  6. 1 tablespoon honey (optional)


Instructions

  • Make the Pineapple Slush:
    In your blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks with the pineapple juice (or water). Add honey for extra sweetness if desired. Blend until smooth and thick. If too thick, add a splash of juice or water to reach your desired consistency. Set aside in a bowl.

  • Prepare the Strawberry Slush:
    Rinse your blender and add the frozen strawberries, strawberry juice (or water), and honey. Blend until creamy and smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more juice or water to achieve the perfect texture.

  • Create the Swirls:
    In a tall glass, alternate spoonfuls of the pineapple and strawberry slushes to create a beautiful layered effect. Gently swirl with a spoon or straw to achieve a marbled appearance.

 

  • Serve and Enjoy:
    Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy the refreshing burst of summer flavors!


Notes

  • For a creamier version, you can substitute the water or juice with coconut milk.

 

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey, depending on your taste preferences.
