- 2 cups pineapple, diced
- 1 ½ cups mango, diced
- ½ cup red bell pepper, finely diced
- ⅓ cup red onion, finely diced
- ⅓ cup tomatoes, diced (Roma, cherry, grape, etc.)
- ¼ cup cilantro, minced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Combine pineapple, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime zest in a large bowl and toss gently to combine. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey until combined.
- Drizzle the lime juice and honey mixture over the salsa and gently fold or toss together until evenly distributed.
- Cover the salsa tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Makes about 4 cups of salsa.
- This salsa pairs well with grilled chicken, fish, or pork, as well as chips.
- For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeno or add an extra one.
