This easy Pepperoni Pizza Tater Tot Casserole is a quick, family-friendly dinner perfect for busy weeknights! With crispy tater tots, gooey mozzarella, zesty pasta sauce, and pepperoni, this dump-and-bake meal is a lifesaver for picky eaters!

- 1 (32oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 (24oz) jar pasta sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 small bag of pepperoni
- ¼ cup grated parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of the dish and top with ⅓ of the pepperoni.
- Add half of the tater tots, half of the remaining sauce, half of the mozzarella, and another ⅓ of the pepperoni.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the last of the pepperoni and parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the pepperoni crisps up and the tater tots are golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve with red pepper flakes, parsley, Italian seasoning, or ranch dressing!
Notes
- You can use turkey pepperoni as a lighter option.
- Try adding vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
- If you don’t have parmesan, the casserole still tastes great without it!
