Description
Pepperoni Pizza Tacos combine all the classic pizza ingredients in a crispy taco shell. Ground beef, pepperoni, bacon, sausage, and mozzarella come together with pizza sauce and veggies to create a savory, cheesy, and satisfying taco with a pizza twist.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup pepperoni
- ½ cup bacon (crumbled)
- ½ cup sliced sausage
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup black olives (sliced)
- ¼ cup bell pepper (chopped)
- Optional ingredients: jalapeños, red pepper flakes, mushrooms, onions, Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the meats: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess grease. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned. Stir in the crumbled bacon and pepperoni, and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
- Prepare the taco shells: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the taco shells on a baking sheet and warm them in the oven for 3–5 minutes to crisp them up.
- Assemble the tacos: Spoon pizza sauce into each taco shell. Add a generous amount of the meat mixture, then top with mozzarella cheese, black olives, and bell peppers.
- Melt the cheese: Return the assembled tacos to the oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Alternatively, use an air fryer at 350°F for about 3 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Serve and enjoy: Let the tacos cool slightly before serving. Garnish with extra pizza sauce, grated Parmesan, or red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot!
Notes
- For a spicier taco, add sliced jalapeños or sprinkle red pepper flakes over the top.
- Mushrooms and onions can be added for extra flavor and texture.
- If you prefer, use a pizza oven or air fryer for an even crispier taco shell.
