Description

Pepperoni Pizza Tacos combine all the classic pizza ingredients in a crispy taco shell. Ground beef, pepperoni, bacon, sausage, and mozzarella come together with pizza sauce and veggies to create a savory, cheesy, and satisfying taco with a pizza twist.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup pepperoni
  • ½ cup bacon (crumbled)
  • ½ cup sliced sausage
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup black olives (sliced)
  • ¼ cup bell pepper (chopped)
  • Optional ingredients: jalapeños, red pepper flakes, mushrooms, onions, Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the meats: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess grease. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned. Stir in the crumbled bacon and pepperoni, and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  2. Prepare the taco shells: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the taco shells on a baking sheet and warm them in the oven for 3–5 minutes to crisp them up.
  3. Assemble the tacos: Spoon pizza sauce into each taco shell. Add a generous amount of the meat mixture, then top with mozzarella cheese, black olives, and bell peppers.
  4. Melt the cheese: Return the assembled tacos to the oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Alternatively, use an air fryer at 350°F for about 3 minutes to melt the cheese.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Let the tacos cool slightly before serving. Garnish with extra pizza sauce, grated Parmesan, or red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot!

Notes

  • For a spicier taco, add sliced jalapeños or sprinkle red pepper flakes over the top.
  • Mushrooms and onions can be added for extra flavor and texture.
  • If you prefer, use a pizza oven or air fryer for an even crispier taco shell.
