Description

A fun and delicious twist on traditional sloppy joes! These Pepperoni Pizza Sloppy Joes are packed with pizza sauce, mini pepperoni, and melted mozzarella cheese, all sandwiched between a soft hamburger bun. The perfect quick meal for the family or a pizza night alternative!

  1. For the Sloppy Joes:

    • 1 lb ground beef

    • 1 small onion, chopped

    • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

    • 1 cup pizza sauce

    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

    • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

    • 4 hamburger buns

    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • Prepare the Sloppy Joe Mixture:

    • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.

    • Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper, cooking until vegetables are tender.

    • Stir in the pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, and mini pepperoni slices. Let it simmer for a few minutes.

  • Assemble the Sloppy Joes:

    • Place the bottom halves of the hamburger buns on a baking sheet.
