Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are bite-sized biscuit dough snacks filled with gooey mozzarella, savory pepperoni, and rich pizza sauce, baked to golden perfection.

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
- Add a small amount of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and 2 pepperoni slices to the center of each dough round.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Brush each dough ball with the seasoned butter mixture.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
Notes
- Use mini pepperoni or chop large slices to fit better inside the dough.
- Don’t overfill to avoid leaking during baking.
- These can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking.
- Great as appetizers, snacks, or for game day!
