Description

Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are bite-sized biscuit dough snacks filled with gooey mozzarella, savory pepperoni, and rich pizza sauce, baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
  3. Add a small amount of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and 2 pepperoni slices to the center of each dough round.
  4. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
  5. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  7. Brush each dough ball with the seasoned butter mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
  9. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping if desired.

Notes

  • Use mini pepperoni or chop large slices to fit better inside the dough.
  • Don’t overfill to avoid leaking during baking.
  • These can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking.
