  1. 6 chicken drumsticks
  2. 1 cup flour
  3. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  4. ½ teaspoon salt
  5. 2 eggs, beaten
  6. 1 ½ cups crushed crackers
  7. 1 cup marinara sauce
  8. 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
  9. 8 slices of pepperoni
  10. 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  11. 1 tablespoon chopped oregano

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Dip drumsticks in beaten eggs, coat with flour, then roll in crushed crackers.
  • Place drumsticks on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven and top with marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella, and pepperoni slices.
