Description

These Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites are a creamy and indulgent frozen treat made with full-fat Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and dark chocolate chips. They make for a perfect snack or dessert, and they’re incredibly easy to make!

Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  2. 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  3. 2 tablespoons honey or sugar-free sweetener
  4. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  6. 1/4 cup crushed peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  • Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the sheet.
  • If desired, sprinkle with crushed peanuts or extra chocolate chips.
  • Freeze for 1-2 hours or until firm.
  • Transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by using honey or a sugar-free sweetener.
  • Feel free to substitute peanut butter with almond or cashew butter for a variation.
