- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar-free sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the sheet.
- If desired, sprinkle with crushed peanuts or extra chocolate chips.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours or until firm.
- Transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
