Description

This light, fluffy, and fruity dessert is the perfect treat for any occasion. Made with peaches, pineapple, marshmallows, and whipped topping, it’s creamy, refreshing, and simple to prepare. A great dish for potlucks or family gatherings!


Ingredients

  1. 1 can (15 oz) peach slices, drained and chopped
  2. 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  3. 1 cup mini marshmallows
  4. 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry, do not prepare)
  5. 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  6. ½ cup chopped pecans (optional, for crunch)

Instructions

  • Mix the Base
    In a large bowl, combine chopped peaches, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows.

  • Add Pudding Mix
    Sprinkle vanilla pudding mix over the fruit and stir to coat.

  • Fold in the Fluff
    Gently fold in whipped topping until everything is well combined and creamy.

  • Chill & Serve
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
    Sprinkle with chopped pecans before serving (optional).
