This Peach Custard Pie features sweet, juicy peaches nestled in a rich, creamy custard filling, all baked in a buttery pie crust. Perfect for summer gatherings or as a comforting desser

  1. 4 peaches, peeled, sliced, and cubed

  2. 1 cup whole milk

  3. 1 cup sugar

  4. 3 eggs

  5. 1 tablespoon flour

  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  7. 1 pie shell (prepared)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Prepare the pie shell and set aside.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, eggs, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • Place the sliced and cubed peaches into the prepared pie shell.

  • Pour the custard mixture evenly over the peaches.

  • Bake for 1 hour or until the custard is set and golden brown.

 

  • Let the pie cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute the whole milk with half-and-half for a richer flavor.
