Description

Sweet, spiced, and irresistibly fluffy, these Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls blend juicy peaches with cinnamon-sugar swirls and creamy frosting for the ultimate brunch or dessert treat. They’re easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

Scale

Dough:

  • 1 cup warm milk (about 110°F)

  • 2 tsp active dry yeast

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 large eggs

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour

Filling:

  • 2 cups diced peaches (fresh or canned, drained)

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Frosting:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup butter, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Add sugar, melted butter, salt, eggs, and flour. Mix in the yeast mixture and knead until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

  • Make the Filling: Combine diced peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.

  • Assemble the Rolls: Roll out the dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface. Spread the peach filling evenly over the dough. Roll up tightly into a log, then cut into 12 equal slices.

  • Second Rise: Place the rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes.

  • Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Make the Frosting: Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  • Finish: Drizzle the frosting over the warm rolls before serving.

Notes

  • If using canned peaches, make sure to drain them thoroughly to avoid excess moisture in the filling.

  • For an extra indulgent touch, you can sprinkle some cinnamon sugar over the rolls before baking for a cinnamon-sugar crust.
